Find us winnin' against addiction together.

A movement built on strength, compassion, and unwavering hope.

Every person deserves another chance and a brighter future.
Winnin' Against Addiction is a movement—not just an organization. We're here for people in recovery, families navigating loss, and anyone who believes transformation is possible. We don't just talk about hope—we show up with it. Through peer support, community events, crisis resources, and real human connection, we walk alongside you. Because recovery isn't a straight line. And you don't have to walk it alone.

Founder & CEO
Renarda Huggins—known to many simply as "Winnin"—lost both of her parents to addiction. Instead of letting grief consume her, she turned it into action. She founded Winnin Against Addiction to give families what hers never had: a community that doesn't judge, resources that actually work, and hope that doesn't quit. Today, Renarda leads with the same fierce compassion that got her through her darkest days. She believes every person deserves a second chance—and she's dedicated her life to making sure they get it.

Director of Administrations
Michelle Winbush is 11 years sober—and she'll be the first to tell you recovery saved her life. Born and raised in Boston, Michelle knows what it's like to fight for your second chance. That's why she leads Winnin Against Addiction's day-to-day operations with the same grit, grace, and compassion that got her through her own journey. She's proof that transformation is not just possible—it's happening every day. And she's here to make sure you have the support to make it happen for you, too.
